Companies just don't care anymore

I was called by Swith2 to move my policies that cover me for retrenchment and disability, to move it to them. I did this as they offered me a better premium than what I had been getting from the individual companies. I got retrenched a few months later and unfortunately I had to make use of there services. I had to spend so much time getting all the documents in order to get the process started. Then payments got made with incorrect descriptions after sending statements with all details to them. This took me a few days to get sorted, then it happened again after telling them to correct and check details. My Edgars account is also meant to be covered by them but I received a statement in the week and they advised me that 2 months are now outstanding. This is not acceptable after paying good money for this service. When ppl have to use these kind of services they are is a bad place already, then to have things not workout and creditors to be call due to non-payments just turns your world upside down.
