Smooth and efficient claims process and experience

The Santam switch insurance experience has been beyond satisfactory for me. I had put my phone in for cover less than a month before it was ******. I was sure the insurance would give me run arounds or refuse to pay but sanlam switch was very efficenct with their processes. I had multiple points of contact starting with their app that is operated by helpful agents who respond promptly. Then I could complete most of the claims process via the app and email if I felt I needed any updates or clarity on Timelines. The review process for the claim also did not take long with them advising if I had any missing information they would reach out via email or call.
