Professional and efficient claims processing
Over the weekend I unfortunately suffered damage to my carbon bicycle wheel while transporting it on the bike rack.
I submitted the claim via the app late afternoon on the Monday, and by Wednesday afternoon my claim was finalised, with the funds reflecting in my account by Friday morning.
Awesome service by Nontokozo and the Switch team who were all professional, polite and efficient with resolving my claim. A big THANK YOU to all who handled this claim so well.
