Impeccable!
My iPhone 13 was ****** out my hand a couple weeks back. My claims experience with Santam Switch was quick, easy and seamless. I claimed via email because I didn't have a phone to claim through the app and even so, it was super smooth. Quick, superb service from Zintle and Elizabeth Letsoenyo in setting me up, processing the claim, getting it approved, keeping me updated throughout, and checking in once the pay out had been made. I've re-insured my new device with them again! Thanks team.
