Hassle-free experience
I am very impressed with the service that I have received. I put in a claim for my lost Apple Watch on the Tuesday, and by Thursday evening the money was in my account. (Disclaimer: I bank with Discovery Bank that does batch processing several times during the day. Other banks may take longer to process payments)
It was a hassle free experience with excellent communication from the staff involved.
