Ghosted after registering a claim
a week after registering my claim i have been ghosted by the claims handler. emails and escelations simply ignored. to this day still waiting for feedback. Using this platform to spread and build awareness so that the next consuner considering santam switch knows what the claim experience is like. Insurance is only as good as your claim experience.
