I had incurred damage on my bicycle the week before the Cape Town Cycle Tour. I logged the claim and received confirmation of payment pending literally the next day - meaning I could still race on the weekend. Super impressed with everything from the speed of payout to the process of logging the claim via the app. Staff were 10/10 too.
