It is not often that one gets to interact with a service provider who delivers on their promises. Switch Telecom VOIP Solutions, #SupportLocal, is one such company. In late 2019 as many people. myself included, were switching away from ADSL lines to Fibre services I really needed to keep my Telkom voice number for personal reasons. I did the Google search thing, as one does these days, and Switch Telecom's name kept coming up as the best provider of such a service. Other Hellopeter reviews indicated that this company was indeed the provider to take over my landline number and port it to Fibre. This whole exercise, right from the outset, was a pleasure to embark on. Every little query, whether technical or otherwise, was dealt with professionally and explained in a language a layman could follow with ease. The installation of the service together with the 2 (two) DECT wireless phones,which were correctly set up before delivery, was faultless and speedily done. I did not encounter a single "speed bump" throughout the whole process, but more importantly, now some 7 months later their service is still outstanding. Looking to port your Telkom numbers to your Fibre line as the Telkom policy of shedding copper voice and data lines gains momentum? You cannot do better than use this excellent company for such an undertaking. Fully deserving of the maximum rating I have given them.
