Really Great Service

After my VOI phone stopped working this morning, I contacted Switch on their help line. Phone was answered after about 2 rings, and the technical support I received was really really great - courteous, efficient and helpful. In under an hour the problem was sorted, tested and about an hour later I received a call to make sure that everything was back on line and working. This is what gets support, and they have mine without a doubt.
