Switch on Energy ....I would Stay Away from them

A quote for a solar installation was done by Schalk , all started well when the required 70% deposit was payed on 27 Jan 2023 and thats were it stoped, work was promised to start on 6 feb and started later than promised, I do understand issues with stock , work has never been completed and todays date is 4th April 2023, 67 days have passed ,Schalk always promised but has never delivered ,It has been story after story , promise after promise ,I have always given Schalk the benefit on giving me a day the job will be complete and never dictated the date , I was always following up with Schalk and chasing for answers , but Now the job is still not completed he promised to pay my refund which has not happened , Schalk does not take my calls or reply to my messages anymore , I would not recommend Schalk or Switch on Energy at all! I hope suppliers such as Herholdts , Rubicon , Voltex and Segen see this review and do not supply him with any more supplies until refunds are done or jobs completed
