SWITCH ON ENERGY - A **** - STAY AWAY

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I dealt with Schalk Langenveldt who is the owner. They ask for a 70% deposit and once that is paid they offer one excuse after another as to why the installation has not been done. My deposit was paid on 22 Feb 2023 Installation was first scheduled for 29 March as there was apparently a shortage of stock. It was then rescheduled 4 times and they did not arrive. When I finally lost patience with his excuses he promised to refund my deposit. This has not happened. It is now 31 May.
