Unreliable owner

They did a good job moving our furniture from one office to another. The issue came when they damaged our landlord's wallpaper. I sent them the invoice for the repairs, and till today they have not paid it. The owner Dieter, kept on promising that he would make payment. He is now ignoring my calls. So unprofessional and disappointing.
