No return payment on duplicate payment - only promises.

Although move went well, a double payment was made of R7800.00 on the 8th January. Eventually Dieter picked up my call on the 16th 9not responding to messages) and promised that payment will be done by close of day on the 17th January. No payment done to date. Again not picking up calls or responding to messages.
