We are extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service
We are extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. The swimming pool paint supp**** was defective because the incorrect pixels were used. The company admitted the fault and agreed to replace it, but the replacement took several months to arrive. In the meantime, the original paint began rubbing off within a month, staining our clothes, skin, and anything that touched the pool. Customer service was equally poor. During a phone call, the supplier became argumentative and swore at us, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
