Unreliable Information

Good day I would like everyone to be informed of the Swiss Embassy who refused to give me a Schengen visa on the grounds that the information I gave them for a 90 day visa to visit my daughter who LOSTt her husband was Not reliable??? I am married to a German and that was the reason that my info was NOT RELIABLE?? I DON'T WANT TO LIVE IN SWITZERLAND I JUST WANT TO VISIT MY DAUGHTER. Before refusing the visa they said my fingerprints were not good? We had to drive all the way from. TSCHIPISE for that?? Really bad service and not enough care for customers. VFS were also not helpful in this matter!! Must we as the public beg these people to assist us or what is the purpose of them being there??? Just another money making scheme!!
