Swissair profiles black passengers

Swissair profiles black passengers. Was flying to Costa Rica via Zurich on WK85 today. The agents asked me questions about where I work. They asked for bank statements. They asked for the address where I am going etc. Then they denied me from boarding! SA PASSPORT HOLDERS DONT NEED A VISA TO COSTA RICA!

Now I am asking for a refund and they are refusing! A bunch of ******s!
