Swiss Airline

I always used to fly with Emirates, and decided to try Swiss air for the first time and I will never ever use this airline again! We have had the worst experience and such terrible service. The airline cancelled our flight and we have been emailing and contacting them to fix it for weeks with no response. No the airline rescheduled our flight and now only the day before our flight, we got rescheduled to another flight with no baggage allowed. We paid so much money for luggage and now we are told we have to pay again for bags with no guarantee of a refund. We did not budget for this and the airline has given us such poor service in assisting with the process!! We do not recommend this airline to anyone, emirates and even Qatar has provided us with excellent service for years and would never leave us with such an inconvenience!!! The service is poor and the additional expenses should not be our responsibility!
