Swiss Air won’t take accountability for their cancellation! Unprofessional!!!

This rating does not deserve a 1 star! I have been fighting to claim back my full amount on financial loss due to Swiss Air cancelation of my flight in June. They refuse to give me full amount and just give excuses. I have no luck with them. The way everything was handled from the cancellation of the flight till today has been unprofessional. I am in the travel industry and would not recommend Swiss Air at all. I made sure I was on time for my flight gh and they just cancel with no explanation and refuse to reimburse me on full amount. I contact a sales representative and she also says sorry can’t help I have asked for a manager to contact me still nothing. I want my money back this was not my mistake of missing transfer accommodation my seat that I paid for and my tour that I had to miss. They want to point finger to others instead of taking accountability. They cancelled the flight so they must take the responsibility of all financial losses. Unprofessional !!! And turnaround time to get a response is a joke.
