Swiss Air is a complete mess!! Book @your own risk!

This is probably the worst airline I’ve had to deal with. The app let me rebook a flight and PAY for it and now I’m being told that flight is not available and I can’t get a refund for the rebooking.

I called twice and spoke to Mantombi and Bottie and both of them have the same terrible client service (clearly attended the same training) and have done NOTHING to try and assist. I asked to speak to a manager/ supervisor on both instances and both of them refused to let me speak to them!
