Please don't fly Swiss Air

Honestly, I wish I could give a lower rating. My friends and I tried to contact customer service and were hung up on 8 times.

The agents muted themselves and refused to speak, we were somehow transferred to Canada holidays? We were told no supervisor was available because it's a Sunday. From start to finish, it was awful.
