Onboard entertainment Systems don’t work !

We were on flight LX283 with booking number QSNZ34 and seats 30J and 30K. Our entertainment on board was not working at all , including our lights and assistance buttons . We spoke to many crew members and eventually we spoke to the air steward and he said that we would be refunded a minimum of 100CHF each and took our details but nothing has been done about this. After getting in contact with Swiss air I was referred to Panasonic avionics customer support , with numerous back and fourth emails they let me know it was a Swiss air issue, i logged this call 14 September 2023 and still don’t have a feasible solution.

It is completely unacceptable that you pay for the full experience but receive the absolute worst service. I will not be flying with Swiss air again
