Never fly Swiss Air!!!

I flew business class with these people 3 weeks ago, they lost my expensive stroller and destroyed 3 of our bags as well.

I reported it at their offices in Amsterdam and loaded claim online and nothing is happening.

They use a service called Dolphi, what a waste of resources!!

I will probably see nothing of this claim which breaks my heart, you pay 100k for your flights and they don't give a ****
