Luggage Delay and poor service

This airlines was extremely disappointing. My luggage did not arrive in Manchester 10 April and it arrived two days later after arrival. My luggage did not arrive in Johannesburg 22 April 2024 and to date i am still waiting. The inconvenience is far more than just an apology. You have to send numerous emails and they just don't respond timeously. One cannot have this on your return flights???? I cannot recommend this airlines unfortunately.
