Lost Luggage - no response

I flew from JHB to Dusseldorf on the 10th September Swiss Air cancelled my connecting flight at Zurich airport. I then had to fly with Aerowings to Rome and then to Dusseldorf. My luggage was not loaded on the connecting flight and up to today 03 October 2022 I still have not received my bag. My insurance company cannot pay out my claim as this is a DELAYED bag according to Swiss Air and Eurowings. Nut no update has been made on the App to check the status of by luggage. I am severely disappointed with these airlines. Both Swiss air and Eurowings. They do not answer their phones at the lost and found and have had to spend thousands of Rands already to buy new clothes, toiletries, hair dryer etc etc. Alliance Insurance are waiting for reply from Swiss Air and Eurowings with no joy!! Absolutely dissapointed!!!
