Loat bags

All 3 our bags was delayed and promised to be delivered the next day. We have been notified that they found our bags, but now the courier company says Swiss air booked it in to be delivered in a weeks time. When i ask swiss air they just say they done their part by finding the bags its up to the courier company now.
