Bad Service

I never liked to complain but once it starts affecting once pocket we need to speak up. In August this year me and a friend was going to travel to Austria so that she can go visit her family, she's 72 now. just before the flight she was diagnosed with a serious heart condition that would have been fatal if she took the flight. We tried to move the flights through edreams with no success. They revered us to the airline Swiss Air that said we need to approach edreams. Back and forth, back and forth no one wanted to help till this day. She's 72 just wanting to visit her family one more time and they took R54 000 from her... that's really bad .
