Bad online checkin-faulty seatmap

Repeated bad experience at onlime checkin. The app or computer system does not allow for selecting a seat, the seatmap is faulty. Rje seat is pre-assigned and NOBODY can assist!!! I am surprised that a company like this cannot resolve faulty app/computer glitches
