Swish Official ZA will take you for a ride. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I placed an order for 2 pairs on the 30th of November 2021. I received the 1st pair of order on the 10th of December in the wrong size. I was told to wait for the second pair before returning them which I did. I received the second pair on the 16th of December in the correct size. On the 17th of December I returned the 1st pair for them to replace with the correct size (At an additional cost of R100). I followed up on the 7th and 11th of Jan 2022 and it was clear that they did not have the size I initially ordered. I requested a refund on the 11th of Jan 2022 via email and I was told to log the request via Whats App. I have followed up on multiple occasions since then (at least 5 times) and they keep on telling me the same story “Your refund was send to the finance team, we don’t know the reason it’s not processed, it will be processed today”. Order #2035, I don't recommend this company.
