Swish Official ZA - no delivery, no refund

I ordered a pair on 4 July for my son's birthday which was on 19 June. My emails and Whatts App messages have gone ignored, I requested a refund and provided banking details. Till today I remain ignored, have not received the refund nor the shoes. I have been ****med of R1800.
