Still awaiting to speak To a person for my refund

They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating. I initiated my refund process on the 13th June and no response. The company asks for my parcel to be sent to Post Net Glen Marais. No contact name, no business address etc. I want to return my items as they are counterfeit goods that do not look like the shoe that is being displayed on their website. I am in the process of opening up a ******** case and raising this as a case with the ombudsman but all I really want is a refund. I don’t want to exchange a Counterfeit product with another one.
