Poor service

I bought 2 pairs of shoes which don’t fit. I cannot get hold of them to do an exchange or a refund. I spent a lot of money for items I cannot use. They don’t reply to messages, emails and don’t take calls. I’m worried that I’ve spent money for nothing. This company aren’t reliable at all.
