Poor service!

Very unprofessional and poor service, I've ordered and paid for 2 pairs of sneakers and they sent me only 1 in the wrong size. I have now made numerous phone calls and sent e-mails which are simply ignored. I am reporting them to all possible authorities and will expose them on social media.
