Poor service.
I Recently purchased a Adidas Sneaker from Swish Official ZA, I was sent the incorrect sneaker, I was then requested to send the sneaker back Via postnet, which I did do. After almost a week I have received no communication on my refund even though I was advised my refund should be processed around 4 to 5 days. The service received from the above mentioned Company is pathetic. I will definitely not recommend using the above online store.

30 Jun 2022, 15:04It has since been 16 days since i was promised a refund in 4/5 days and have still not received a refund from the **** company Swish!! they do not respond to messages or emails neither do they answer their phones they are *******, they have even tried reporting my review for removal and Hellopeter did not remove it due to me having so much of correspondence to prove the company is a ****!!!
