Bad service

We bought shoes on the 17th of March 2022 paid directly got our order number and all got an email to confirm our purchase and till today no shoes no delivery took them so long to reply to my emails, and messages. TOday 14 April 2022 I requested a full refund and still no reply what so ever this is the badest response I got from a company.
