Swimming Backstroke Flags

I contacted Swimtronics in Johannesburg to order backstroke flags, which I did. I also wanted a print done on the flag and at no point did anyone nor anything on their website inform me that they don’t print on the vinyl but use a sticker! The product arrived and I was horrified at the quality, I contacted the sales person Daryl as well as the Main contact Mike but neither seemed to think my complaint was valid. I asked for a refund only to be given a flat no ! For a refund. Do not use this company for any swimming pool products!
