SwimTots Ghosting

I bought a konfidence floatsuit from SwimTots on the 18/01/2021. I ordered a size 2/3yrs (up to 20kgs).

I was so impressed as it was shipped the same day and I received it on the next day.

When I opened the package I found that I had been sent the wrong size, they had sent me the size smaller than the one I wanted. I immediately brought their attention to the mistake and got an email reply that I have read the label wrong and they wanted pictures as proof. I had attached pictures on the email, but attached more pictures to my reply.

I needed the floatsuit so was forced to buy one from somewhere else and asked for a refund. They were very responsive and offered a refund and to collect the floatsuit, buy since I was away for a week it couldn't be collected.

When I got home I notified them and sent my banking details. I have not received any response to any of my emails and there is no contact number to call.

I'm so so annoyed! I just want my money back!
