Swimsuit Hub SA is a ****.

I purchased 3 dresses from swimsuit hub sa https://www.instagram.com/swimsuit_hub_sa?igsh=MWl6YnFoOWp4bjA4YQ== via their WhatsApp ***. They delivered 2 of the 3 dresses i ordered. 1 of the dresses was torn/ had holes in it. The other was the wrong size. On 15/11 the day I received the order, I informed them about the issues and asked to send back the big dress and torn dress. once received, for them to resend the order with the missing dress. Due to the lack of communication, I asked for the delivery details and a refund once the order is received. They promised to do that. On 24 Nov, they asked to pay half anf the other half on 28 Nov. I agreed to this. They then proceeded to block me and I have not heard from them since.
