Horrible billing system - unnecessary continuous billing even after termination

I don't know how many times I have had conversations with these people, they decided to continue to bill me after termination. I gave notice in 2020 Nov, and they decided to register my kid without my concern in 2021. I gave notice, settled my account, and I was at zero balance.
