Worst service and workmanship ever!!
Took all our money and never finished our pool, paving, feature wall, no pump, filter or chlorinator which were paid for was also not delivered. Floor of the pool was hollow had to knock it up again only to discover they never laid concrete it was just a thin layer of cement and lots of loose sand when we knocked up the floor. They need to be taken to task for taking peoples money and not delivering. We have to pay someone else another R50 000 to finish the mess they left us with after receiving R84 000 from us already. They started our pool on 11 January 2021 and still have not completed it is one excuse after another and don't deliver on communication. Promised pool will be completed in 3-4 weeks, they are currently in breach of contract but that does not phase them.

22 Mar 2021, 19:31Hi there and we did not ***** any money your pool was done only needed topcoat and the material was there and paving and cladding I'd there and you wanted to buy your own pump and filter and I took it off price and please don't make us out to be *******.

22 Mar 2021, 19:32 we never ran away from you and everything was a problem when we did it and your husband was telling us how we must do our job and you still have the money for the salt chlorinator ,first foundation your husband said it's to thin and we put another concrete foundation and marble plaster whole pool

22 Mar 2021, 19:32and we even gave you a extra 2 meters free jacuzzi area and the paving I didn't make any money as you said you have a budget of so much and helped you do it and why always when you good to customers then we get no appreciation and we are not ******* and please there is 2 sides to a story

Some material was delivered a questionable pool structure was built. Lots of material not onsite to complete the pool, paving and cladding. The fibre material, resin, sand, cement and chlorinator which paid for is still outstanding. They are not contactable they don't respond to messages. They don't deliver on their promises and we sit with a half of a feature wall that we paid for and the plumbing was also incomplete. We asked them to deliver the outstanding material and money they owe us but are yet to do so. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

22 Mar 2021, 19:55Hi there and you didn't want us to come back and the topcoat and resin is there and you have the balance of paving and sorry for any miscommunication and we will still come and complete pool and we are not ******* and it's not nice to always make us bad where we only there to assist .
