Swimming Pool Specialist

I received a quotation. The company is Pty, I looked up the company registration number, the number is registered to Penlyn motor spares and repairs and is in a deregistration process. I enquired about VAT registration. No returns were ever submitted to SARS. Yet I received an amended invoice with VAT charged and no vat registration on the invoice. It concerns me that this is an unregistered business with falsified company registration number and which is linked to a business that is currently being deregistered. I am not surprised that their services are bad
