Poor Service
They are quick to start up until they received their 2nd payment, then there is zero service. They started in August, pool not finish yet. Pool is leaking water, lightbulb became loose, grouting between tiles is getting loose, filter is leaking water, spajets is not properly *****ed in and fibreglass is poorly done. They are ignoring us and are not coming out to fix the issues.

22 Dec 2019, 06:26Goodday and thank you for pointing out your concerns, firstly I apologise for this and will make sure we come out and fix up everything and the pool was fine when done and tiles we were waiting from Revelstone because it has to be made and for ignoring I have being communicating with your husband

22 Dec 2019, 06:29Your plans are ready and I told you it takes a month to 2, you only asked plans when pool was done and we did everything in our power to help and assist, we even dropped the price and we didn't even charge more for a revelstone coping, I admit we arer very busy and will sort out all your problems
