Traumatizing experience, far from a gentle approach to teaching!

This was the most traumatizing experience. Terrible treatment by people that are supposed to care for your children! Far from gentle principles. Their approach is for you to hand over your child step away and let them cry it out. Our child is now scared of water. And watch out for the mandatory 2 month cancellation fee attach to the contract they make you sign upfront. They also refused to pay back an amount owing to me when my debit order went off after cancellation. They don’t do eft’s apparently.
