The worst swim school

I cannot fault the swimming instructors, Management has zero empathy regarding wanting to terminate your contract. Our daughter feel terribly ill on 2 separate occasions whilst at swim school which was quite traumatic and stressful as parents having to manage high fevers and breathing problems. This is costly regarding doctors bills and medication. We decided to cancel our contract with Swimmatix however there is a 3 month termination clause which means we had to pay for a service we no longer wanted due to continuous illness causing anxiety for us as parents. The school refused to accept our reason for wanting to cancel and is now persistent in us having to pay for 3 months. Very disheartening considering this is quite an amount to pay upfront plus medical bills.
