TERRIBLE experience

I would not recommend Swimmattix to anyone. Absolutely awful accounts department and terrible customer service. The owner refused to discuss my issue, and directed me to the account department. When they agreed to my request, he intervened to say that no one but him could okay anything -but he refused to talk to me. They hounded me for months, and even persisted to email payment requests for the period AFTER my cancellation. Additionally, and most importantly, the approach to swimming instruction was quite unsettling. My child, who loves swimming, was distraught and cried hysterically - hence our discontinuation. A terrible experience.
