Swimmattix is *********

The most ********* swimming school ever I signed up for this school in March and only had two lessons before lockdown and have been paying until July. When they opened in June in level 3, people that could not attend the lessons because there were still not able to attend or uncomfortable with going out in June forfeited the lessons that they paid even after communicating with both management and teachers what the situation was. I was not aware I was paying for lessons I was busy losing. When I tried to make a payment arrangement and find out how many lessons I have accumulated, I was confronted by the above fact and unhelpful management that chased me around for more money for lessons I still could not use. Even now after countless emails, they have not addressed why I forfeited the lessons after I have informed them, no payment plan and the only choice I was given was to cancel and pay the full amount for two months. This will mean from March to August I have been paying this ********* business for lessons I could not use.
