sooo disappointed by swimmatix swimming school

I am sooo disappointed in this school,very good teachers and lessons are great ,loved the way my kids were taught,however now that i want to cancel the lesson due to Covid19 and even after advising that after everything is back to normal again i will enroll my kids again i am now being treated like ****.So we were told last month to pay at least for 2 lessons eveymonth while we underlockdown which i did,and because lockdown is now extended i requested to cancel until we back to normal again, only to be told now that i now have to pay full price per month until its cancelled, and the cancellation policy is now 2 months ???seriously,i can understand 1 month notice and have to pay the full month but to have 2 months notice now ? my kids has been with this school for years and this is how their clients gets treated.i was planning on taking my kids back there after everything is back to normal again but now im definitely thinking twice about rejoining again. I take my hat off for my kids karate school who is not charging their clients for their last month with them due to the pandemic.
