Shocking Service!

I am absolutely shocked with the service of this school - they came highly recommended and I enrolled my son here for swimming lessons, we missed the trial lesson due to him being sick and us diligently following their Covid protocols - the booking clerk then advised me to reschedule a trial lesson for the following week which we did, I took my son out of the pool after ten minutes, the manner in which they handled him was shocking, he was distraught - when we arrived there was no one to greet us and show us where to go, nothing the service is terrible - I then advised them I was not happy with their service or method of teaching and that I would not be returning to their school - they held me to their 2 month notice period - after 1 ten minute lesson, they then proceeded to send me an urgent notice for payment, failing to do so they will log a dispute against my name with CB - I then proceeded to pay them, twice accidentally - they have declined to pay me back my money now I have to wait till the end of the month - they just continue to shock us! I would not recommend!
