Poor Communication!

I will never recommend this school to anyone! Very poor communication and getting bookings wrong (which I ignored within the first month of enrolling my son) - I find their processes appalling and their accounts staff quite indifferent when issues are raised about their poor communications. I sent a complained which was met with a cold indifference - Quite shocking! Some companies need to realize the importance of customer service and good communication - It doesn't matter how good of a service your instructors give if it is not matched throughout the company it is all quite futile.
