Give this swim school a miss, they are greedy for your money

Greedy Greedy Greedy. Be careful signing up to Swimmattix Swim school lessons of any kind. If your upfront monthly payment is even one day late they charge a cheeky R70 extra. If you pay for a full month of lessons mid month you only get half a month worth. You can only give them a 2 months cancellation notice or they will report you to the credit bureau as a default payer. Absolutely crazy business practices.

I signed up my 6 month old for swimming lessons after a month I found it too far to drive and he was too young still, I gave notice and was told I have to pay them for 2 months further. I refused. Now they have reported me as a default payer.

Well reading the huge amount of bad reviews I feel they only shooting themselves in the foot. I would have come back when my son was older and probably would have been a paying clients for many years but now they left such a bad taste in my mouth I would suggest to anyone asking to avoid them like the plague. There are better managed swim schools around where the owners care.
