I would just like to say, I was coming on here to commend Swimmattix on the brilliant way they always handle their clients, keep everyone in the loop via their communication channels and for the way they handled and pushed through the lockdown. Then I noticed that there’s only bad reviews and it all seems to be about money issues. It’s so funny that people complain but every single thing they have mentioned has been communicated to them either beforehand or during via email, sms AND their Swimmattix App. I find it totally appalling when consumers complain about a business because they haven’t gotten their way. Just my 2 cents but what I really wanted to say was well done Swimmatyix my daughter loves u guys
